Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we do sell properties when requested. Often Owners will request us to sell their property when the time is right, as we have already built up a relationship of trust. If you choose to sell with another agent or company, that’s fine, too. Our main focus is property management, so we don’t advertise or try to sell other property, we just sell property we have maintained for the Owners.

Your payments are made to you electronically by direct deposit. We pay between the 10th and 12th, depending on weekends, and then again around the 25th.
